A bit about me:

Hello! I’m Emma, founder of Authenticity Remastered & the Team Dynamics Diagnosis & Report. I created this burnout solution because I’ve been on all sides of the equation: I’ve been the leader trying to drag a burnt out and unmotivated team across the finish line of a HUGE project, that we all were initially head over heels for. I’ve also been the unmotivated employee trying to drag myself through the workday, feeling like there’s no way to improve my situation. 

Most importantly, I’ve used this research process in multiple ways throughout my education and career. I’ve used my qualitative analysis process to conduct grant-funded research in Appalachia; to do alpha product testing for a new online platform with 80+ young people; and to do a community analysis for a global NGO.

I’m now taking it and applying it to a pattern I know all too well, and deeply want to help others work out of: purpose-driven teams feeling burnt out, tired, and apathetic towards fulfilling a mission they know that deep down they are truly passionate about.
